Terms of Service

Parlay Paradise is operated by Simao Global Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Parlay Paradise is an information, education and tracking service. We are not a licensed bookmaker, do not accept, hold or settle wagers, and do not process betting funds of any kind.

Our service is intended strictly for adults aged 18 or over (21+ where local law requires). Users must confirm their age and acceptance of these terms upon registration. We record the timestamp of that acceptance.

Sports betting is regulated or prohibited in many jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing Parlay Paradise and placing wagers with third-party bookmakers is lawful where you reside. Where operating a betting service requires a licence, that licence sits with the bookmaker you choose — not with Parlay Paradise.

You must be at least 18 years old (21+ where local law requires) and legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Sports wagering is illegal in some regions — it is your sole responsibility to ensure that subscribing to and using Parlay Paradise is lawful where you are.

One account per person. Accounts are non-transferable. Sharing credentials terminates your access.

Parlay Paradise is an intelligence, education and tracking platform. We do not accept wagers. We are not a bookmaker. We do not handle, hold, or process betting funds.

Picks, analysis and rankings are opinions provided for informational purposes. They are never guarantees. Past performance does not predict future results — anyone who claims otherwise is misleading you.

Access to the members area requires an active paid subscription to one of the tiers listed on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually until cancelled. Cancel anytime in Settings → Subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: a full refund is available within 7 days of your first paid charge, no questions asked. After that we do not pro-rate partial months.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, redistribute or resell any picks, content or data from the platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code.
• Use bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with the service.
• Post abusive, defamatory, harassing, or unlawful content in chat, leader profiles or anywhere else.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your record, results or affiliation.
• Promote, link to, or solicit for unregulated bookmakers, scams, "guaranteed wins" or pyramid schemes.
• Attempt to circumvent tier gates, rate limits or self-exclusion controls.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination with no refund.

Eligibility for Community Leader and Partner tiers requires verified data and good-standing membership. We reserve the right to revoke status, withhold payouts, or claw back commissions if we detect fraud, fake referrals, self-referral, or any breach of these terms.

All platform content, code, brand assets, picks, analysis, the Parlay Academy curriculum, and the Parlay Paradise and Simao Global trademarks are owned by Simao Global Limited and protected by international IP law.

You retain ownership of content you create (chat messages, bet diary, leader notes), but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it within the platform as needed to deliver the service.

Nothing on Parlay Paradise is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Picks and analyses are opinions. Betting carries significant financial risk. You alone are responsible for every wager you place.

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of data, and non-infringement.

Live data feeds depend on third parties (Football-Data.org, MLB Stats API). We do not warrant their accuracy, completeness or availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simao Global's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) GBP £100.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost bets, lost data or emotional distress — even if foreseeable.

Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence in jurisdictions where excluding such liability is not permitted).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Simao Global, its officers, employees and agents from any claim arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any law.

You may cancel anytime in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, fraud, abuse, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately; sections that by their nature should survive (IP, liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country grants you the right to bring proceedings locally.

Before formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting legal@parlayparadise.app.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
